It happened out of nowhere. All of my apps wasn’t able to access to my photos/microphone/contacts/calendar and more, except localisation. What can I do to solve that problem? It’s really annoying because I was preparing a YouTube video for a while and I need to post it tomorrow but YouTube can’t access to it. I have a 5th generation iPad.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
