2nd gen pencil intermittently will not connect with iPad pro

Tried all of the suggested solutions but no good.

The Ast time this happened it suddenly started working

iPad 2, iOS 9

2nd gen pencil wont connect Hi, When first received, the pencil worked fine, then periodically it wouldn’t. Now, it wont connect at all. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off, re-connecting, re-starting & shutting down the iPad Pro. Very frustrating. Help?
