Apps closing on own

Hello,

For some reason my iPhone is now closing the apps without me doing it. So I’ll be in the middle of something and then the app just closes. I’ve updated my iPhone recently and thought that would fix the problem because that’s how it got fixed last time. I’m not running out of space or anything. I just want to know what’s wrong and if I need to drive out to the apple store.
