Apple Pay issue-disputing a charge

Hi all,

This morning around 9 am Mountain Time I was charged 90.00 from my apple pay. I would like to dispute this charge due to fraudulent activity. I have tried to reach out to my bank directly and they said that I should reach out to you to dispute the charge. Please let me know how to move forward.

I have also tried calling in but I have been on hold for quite a while and I need this to be disputed ASAP before the charge is completely authorized!
