i have bought the new iphone 11 pro, but it doesn't seems like everythig is okay with my iphone's camera sound even if i put it on silent mode the camera will make that annoying shutter sound. its not only with the 'camera application' it is also with other applications like snapchat, instagram etc. although i have tried finding it in settings and internet but i couldn't find it.
HOW DO I FIX IT ?
Devices sold in Japan and South Korea can not silence the camera shutter sound. It is against the law to do so in those markets.
That can't be changed even if the device is taken to another country. The restriction is based on the country of original sale.
in some countries like Japan, the camera shutter can't be muted.
is there any solution to this ? maybe get it replaced ? if its possible ?
No, there is no "solution" other than to buy a phone in a country where it is not against the law to silence the camera shutter sound.
