Subscription Refunds

good afternoon! installed the application with a test period of 7 days “Baby Pics Yearly”. Yesterday I tried to cancel my subscription before the payment day, but the phone reset the settings window as soon as the option “View Apple ID” was selected. I couldn’t enter the subscriptions. On the morning of November 15, money was automatically debited for subscribing to the application. Please cancel the subscription and return the money.

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
