Apple ID create new?

Ok I will try and ask this question with somewhat clarity ha. My brother and I own a business and we started out with two phones and then he got 2 more iPhone 8’s for a 8 and 10 year old boys.. might I mention his kids are very disrespectful little poops. They change the Apple ID password over and over and over I do not like my messages going to their phones bc I have personal stuff I would not like them to see.. they are constantly buying from the App Store and iTunes well over $40 a day and I have to split that bc he will not admit his kids are doing it. I would like to have my own Apple ID so I no longer have to worry about that. The problem is that I would like to have my pictures apps and contacts I know it’s along shot but I would have to open a new account or somehow adjust the current id or phone number so I would have some privacy from these little chits. At the moment we all share the iCloud (pics)and Apple ID and it’s all in my brothers email he would have to keep the email.

The contacts may be the biggest problem. The other big problem will be accessing your previous App Store/iTunes purchases unless you can get your brother to agree to Family Sharing with him as the organizer.

There may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion. Also set up Family Sharing to keep access to your apps/purchases.
