changed nationality in apple ID -

dear, somebody,

I live in Czech republic some proximately 5 years - so I changed my apple id (from slovakia to Czech republic) - so I don't need youse my old credit card and different currency

Now my apple music don't work properly -

1- I lose all my playlists (...)

2- my apple TV cant play ANY music because "this apple ID is only valid for use in the Czech store", but I'm IN Czech store and Czech republic! , the same problem on my phone/tablet

i tried many things but nothing helps...

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you have changed the country to your Apple ID from Slovakia to Czech Republic where you’ve lived the last 5 years. You’ve lost your Apple Music playlists. Your Apple TV is unable to play Apple Music due to error “this Apple ID is only for valid Use in the Czech Store.” You also get this error on your iPhone and your iPad. I’m happy to help.

Prior to changing your country to your Apple ID, did you follow the steps in the section titled “What to do before you change your country or region” here: Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

Your Apple Music subscription would need to be cancelled prior to changing the country to your Apple ID. This is expected behavior to lose your playlists and not be able to listen to Apple Music.
