Rakuten Vicki App
Turned on my Apple TV after work today and the Rakuten Vicki app was all of a sudden on my menu. I have not downloaded a new app for my Apple TV since Disney +.
Is this all of a sudden standard now?

Apple TV can add apps automatically that were installed on one of the devices (e.g. iPhone) of one of the registered users -- if that app is available for both platforms under the same license.
