My iPad Air 2 has the red circle indicating an update is available but when I select Software Update in Settings, the response is now “iOS 12.4.1 Your software is up to date.”
Has Apple pulled the iOS 13 updates, do to the massive problems, or is there something else going on?

I wanted to be certain as many people posting to these communities mistake the iPad Air (1st generation) with iPad Air 2. iPad Air (1st generation) does not support iPadOS 13.
