Wrong date format for reminders created with Siri on Apple Watch

When I create a reminder with a due time/date with Siri on Apple Watch, the confirmation of the new reminder displays a date in the MM-DD-YY format, when my iOS region is Australia with the DD-MM-YY format. Reminders in iOS displays the correct date format—see second image.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Doubled Reminders on Watch after WatchOS8 update I updated my iPhone (XR) to OS16 and my Watch (Series 6) to OS8 and now have all my Reminders and Reminder lists doubled on the Watch app (see photos below). This is creating a few problems: 1) I get each reminders popping up twice on my Watch (not a problem, just an annoyance) 2) Only one of each list on the Watch gets updated when I add reminders on my phone (one of them never changes) 3) If I add Reminders using Siri on my Watch, they are added on my Watch but NOT added to the Reminders list on my phone. This is where the real problem lies, as I really like the convenience of adding Reminders using Siri on my Watch but they are not nearly as useful if they live only on my Watch. I've searched the Forums and elsewhere on the web and haven't seen this issue mentioned elsewhere. Any help would be welcome!

I set a time for an appointment on my watch while in the Eastern time zone. Now back in central time zone, and both phone and macbook (all up to date) show the appointment in eastern time. How to fix this? I made an appointment for something at home (in Central time zone) while I was visiting in Eastern time zone. Today is that appointment, but my phone and my macbook are showing the appointment in Eastern time. Appt. is 11 a.m., phone and macbook show it as 10 a.m. I also have an apple watch if that matters. I did set the time to be 11 am when I made the appointment. This has happened before. My iOS calender notification showing an hour earlier?? I need step by step instructions to fix this as I'm not tech savvy. Thank you.

Date incorrect - location correct I noticed tonight that the date was incorrect on my Apple Watch, M1 Air, iPhone and iPad - they are all showing as 29/8/21 however my location is correct... London. I have tried turning off "Set automatically" and can change to the correct date however when I do this and try to go to any page on the internet using Safari I get a message that Safri cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection. Anyone have an idea of what could be wrong? Not sure why this has started, all devices are up to date.
