Why do I not see the buttons in the latest version of itunes when I launch it in windows.

I downloaded the latest version of itunes 12.10.2.3 and when i launch it none of the buttons or controls are visible it's just a grey box. It's like working blind. The only button i can see is the apply iphone and a blue button that I know is for syncing. I cannot see the tool bar or the update syncing in the top of the program.

ITunes abruptly stopped recognition of phone Imac Itunes wont see plugged iphone se with music app eevn though it's never been a problem. what changed at 8pm last night, lol. iTunes won’t sync to my iPhone 11 whenever i try to sync my windows laptop itunes to my iphone 11 it won't sync at all, the button is blurred out to sync. I’ve also tried repairing iTunes, it’s all up to date, and I’ve reinstalled it. Please help
