How long does it take to set up a new Iphone thru iCloud? I have about 35GB in storage

In general, restoring from iCloud, and even backing up to iCloud, can take a while to complete over a Wi-Fi connection, especially depending on the size of the backup. There are several variables that contribute to the length of time it may take, but it should not take hours. It is recommended, if possible, that you keep your device close to your Wi-Fi network's router to provide iCloud a better connection to the internet. Also, try minimizing the activity on your Wi-Fi network to allow for faster speeds (i.e. pausing large downloads on other devices on the network).
