Здравствуйте! Прошу вернуть деньги в сумме 599₽, тк они списались за приложение, которым не пользуюсь. И в котором было отключено автоматическое обновление. Надеюсь на понимание и благотворное дальнейшее сотрудничество.

We can't refund anything, you know that we are fellow users and that these are user forums.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

Good afternoon! When you try to leave a message in the subscriptions, an automatic response comes. And I need to return the money that were written off. I ask you to return the money for updating the Voice Translator Pro Mode application, I did not plan to use it by subscription, but downloaded only a free version for testing. If necessary, I'm ready now to remove this app. I ask you to return the money in full size. I hope for understanding. Thank you!
