On my iPhone 7, since updating to software version 13.1.3, the display no longer switches between vertical to horizontal display. Is there a setting option that that needs to be changed to enable this display feature?

Check the Orientation Lock. Go to Control Center, and the orientation lock is an icon with a small padlock and circular arrow. If it is white and red, then it is turned on. Tap on it to toggle between off and on.

I was going to Control Center through the settings icon, but should have simply swiped up to find the orientation lock. Once found, no problem. Thanks.
