My Apple Cash card will not let me transfer money into my bank account. each time i try it’ll say “verification failed please make sure your billing address and name is correct. how do i fix this?

Open Wallet>tap on Apple Cash card>tap on three dots in circle>tap billing address>swipe gently left to edit.
