someone shared a contact infor through iMessage with me a while back. I went back and found the message and tried to open it. The shared contact file won’t open. Anyone can help with this ? I’m avoiding to ask the infor again. Tks in advance.

Let's close the Messages app and restart the iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try opening the contact information again. If it still won't open, you may need to request the contact information again.
