Where can I order a replacement battery for my iPad Air 2?

Apple doesn't sell specific repair parts. Even authorized service providers don't have access to OEM iPad parts. The only official way that Apple handles battery replacement to to exchange a device in otherwise good working/cosmetic condition with a service replacement.
iPads sent to Apple then go to refurbishing facilities and the refurbs may go out as retail refurbs or as service replacements for another customer.
