jaber1979,

Thanks for following up.

To answer your question about your third-party applications, you would want to open each app and check the settings within, to see if any relate to waking your computer.

I would like you to check out If your Mac doesn't sleep or wake when expected - Apple Support, specifically the section titled, 'If your Mac wakes unexpectedly'.

This article will run through the following:

-Check for 'Wake on Demand' under System Preferences > Energy Saver.

-Enhanced notifications that can wake your Mac - Apple Support.

-Using a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or trackpad with your Mac - Apple Support, under the section titled, 'Wake your computer with Bluetooth devices'.

Let me know if you find any of these to be the potential cause of the unexpected wake on your Mac.

Regards.

Hi jaber1979,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand your Mac is waking unexpectedly on a certain day, as if its on a schedule. I'd like to help.

You mentioned checking the schedule on your Mac, I would still like to share this article, which discusses each Energy Saver preference: Use the Energy Saver settings on your Mac - Apple Support. Can you confirm you have not installed any third-party software that may be causing your Mac to wake?

If you confirmed schedule is not turned on, I would like you to reset the SMC on your Mac. The SMC reset helps resolve issues with Mac sleep/wake issues: How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support.

Keep me posted, if the issue remains.

Regards.

jaber1979,

It sounds like you did some additional digging to isolate the cause. Did you test your theory by either turning off notifications for Screen Time, or by setting up Do Not Disturb under Notifications in System Preferences? Receive, pause, or stop notifications on Mac - Apple Support. For Do Not Disturb, you'll find you can set up certain options, like specific time frames you do not want to receive notifications, or selecting options such as, 'When the display is sleeping', 'When the screen is locked', etc. See if any of those options help settle the concern of your Mac waking unexpectedly.

Best Regards.
