I can understand that, the iPad Prois great for viewing photos. But I prefer to take my laptop with me when travelling and the iPad stays at home. When I am taking photos when travelling, I need to be able to add titles and keywords to the photos, while I still remember what the photo is showing and why and how I took it. Developing and adjusting the photos can wait until I get home, getting the metadata added is more important for me, but even the iPad Pro does not yet support to add titles and keywords without having to revert to third-party extensions.

It is essential to use the feedback form and to send a feature request and let Apple know. Apple will not support every camera model with RAW support. If you want to be sure, that your camera is supported by MacOS X and iOS, wait with the purchase until you are seeing it on the list of supported cameras (https://support.apple.com/en-jo/HT210191). If a camera did get RAW support within a year after the release, it will probably never be supported. Your camera has only be recently released and is a high-end professional camera, so the chances are good, that Apple will support it sooner or later. The RAW support is part of the system updates or upgrades.
