Apple Watch Activity app
With regards my Apple Watch, Can I have the Activity app on both my iPhone and iPad? The display on the graphs are rather small on the phone and I cakn review my activities easier on an iPad.

No I'm afraid that the activity app is for an iphone and apple watch ONLY,the watch can only communicate with an iphone as it is an accessory for the phone.
You could use the zoom feature on the phone to make things on the screen larger;
Settings/accessibility/zoom
