Two iPhone, two apple ID in one iTunes

I've two iPhones, one iTunes and i want to back up n sync two phones independently in one laptop with iTunes in it, pls advise if possible and so how to do the same.

It is possible, and you don't have to do anything special, iTunes will recognise each device and keep separate backups and remember your sync selections for them : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

As King_Penguin posted, you don't have to do anything special, iTunes will recognize each device and keep separate backups and remember your sync selections for them. Hook up the second phone and sync it to iTunes. No special steps are required.

Hey, thank you for your response, can you guide me the steps to do the same, i have windows 10, and two iPhones, i would like to sync both of them, in the existing iTunes. i've one of my phone already synced and i was wondering the process for the 2nd iPhone.
