What’s wrong with Apple’s Check-Coverage page?

Apple’s check coverage page is not showing repair and service coverage details (Including Apple Support app).

It only shows the valid purchase date and the telephone technical support info!

I first thought it was just my AirPods Pro because I bought them yesterday an AppleCare+ Plan, but it looks like it’s every single Apple device whether it was mine or somebody’s else!

Is this usual? Is it down for maintenance?

Hello basselsamo.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you are unable to verify warranty status of your Apple product’s on the Apple’s check coverage page. I’m happy to help.

I don’t see that the website is down and was able to use it. Please go to the website here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

Which web browser are you using? Close the web browser and reopen the web browser. Are you able to view the warranty status? If not, try another web browser and/or a different network connection?

Take care.
