iOS 13.2.2 update got my 8+ rebooting nonstop

Hi fam. Help me pls. I just updated my iPhone 8 to the new iOS 13.2.2 update. The device did installation and tried rebooting, but it never fully powered on. Now the device keeps rebooting, it turns on showing the apple logo but then quickly shuts down all by itself. And this is is still happening nonstop. Help me
