content unavailable in Apple TV app message

I have an Apple TV 4 device. On it I have the Apple TV app. I have a subscription to allow tv+. My internet is fine as currently I can watch content on Netflix, Disney+, Crave, global, etc. But I can’t access anything in the Apple TV app on my Apple TV box because it says 'content unavailable'. The app works fine on my iPhone and iPad. How do I fix it on my Apple TV box?
