After the last update, find my friends does not give me the option in settings to “always” allow location access like it used to. I need it to always be able to track location, so what can I do to get back to that? My friends who updated it have this option still unlike me !

I am in a very similar boat, except it's not just the Find My app, it's every app. Since I updated to 13.2.3, none of my apps give "Always" as an option for location access. I just reset location & privacy, but still no "Always" option. Any ideas?
