I don't see the phone icon on iTune!

I need to back up my iphone to my PC (windows), and I can't find the phone icon to back up on iTune anymore. Where is it?

I understand from your post that you're unable to locate your device on your computer to back it up to iTunes. I'd be happy look into this with you.

First, this is how you'll backup in iTunes and where you should see the phone:
