Swapping iPhones

Hi there,

I currently have an iPhone 11 (256GB) and would like to swap it for an iPhone 11 Pro Max (256GB). I understand the $700 difference. Will I be able to just pay the $700 or buy a completely new phone? I won this iPhone 11 as a prize and do not have a receipt but it is in the box wrapped with the plastic.

You need to buy a new phone. Apple's Trade-In doesn't accept the current year models, only the 2018 iPhones and previous.

Your best option is to sell the phone on your own for full price (since it's sealed) and then use that money towards the Pro Max.
