Turn off email notification sound

I keep getting a email notification sound every time my inbox is updated (which happens about twice every minute). I have a bunch of filters that archive some emails immediately, but I still get a notification (WITH SOUND) every time I receive an email.

I've updated my notification settings to turn off the sound for email notifications. (I would actually like to keep it for emails that DO end up in my inbox) Even with this setting though I still hear the sound for all emails that end up in my inbox and for the ones that get archived.

Because I cannot turn off the sound I'm unable listen to music or do anything on my Macbook that requires sound since I am getting this notification ALL. THE. TIME.

I really would like to know how I can stop these notifications. Please help.

I was prepared to write a sassy answer about how I had already found that setting. But I realise now there are two different places that both have a setting for mail notification. Not sure why apple thought this was convenient.

Anyway thank you, you have literally saved my life.
