IPhone block. Unknown issue

My iPhone was blocked by unknown issue. I can't use my passcode to unlock it and i don't remember my Apple ID.... What can I do in this situation. As never need help

If you can’t get into it, you will need to force it into recovery mode and erase it. See if this helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
