My son recently changed his passcode on his iphone. He forgot his passcode. With many attempts to get into his phone it is now disabled and says to go to iTunes. What can he do to fix this problem?

Follow the instructions here to restore the iPhone to remove the forgotten passcode. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
