Apple Pay Cash in Australia? ( Late, 2019 )

It’s been ages since the Apple Pay Cash card has been showing up on my iPhone and gives the option to set the card up. Unfortunately it just says this is currently unavailable, when will this be available in Australia!! 🙏🏼 ( I have a good feeling that apple will first test run the Apple Credit Card first in USA then release both Apple Credit and Cash card together once everthing is smoothed over ).
