APPLE TV APP NOT AVAILABLE ON MY NEW TV

I have a fairly new 4k samsung Tv model MU8000, why wouldn't the app be available on a new 4k tv?

or are updates for more tv's coming out soon?

Not new enough, unfortunately. The MU8000 is the 2017 model, and Samsung only released the app for 2018 and 2019 models. I’m hoping they’ll add support for the 2017 UHD TVs, but I haven’t seen anything mentioning it.

You may need to download it from the Samsung app store. Refer to your TVs manual to access the store and download apps for it.

No, its MU8000 I've already gone on the samsung app store and have read the tv's that are compatible with the app, but my question is how can a fairly new top of the line TV not support a simple app? Disney plus just came out and the app was available that same day? just seems odd to me. hopefully they make it available soon or will have to cancel the service.
