While at work today, I tapped on my iPhone 11 screen to check my notifications but my screen just had the high temperature warning on it: "iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it."
Now, my phone was only sitting on my desk not being used and my office is kept around 70 degrees. The phone was cool to the touch. Is this something to worry about?

You'll want to see if the Maximum Capacity and the Peak Performance Capability is in a good state and that there's no indication of an issue with the battery.
