Two of my Apple TV remotes will not work. The only way I can turn on my Apple TV is to unplug the power cord and then replug it back in. The screen will then say, "Remote Connected". However, the next time I want to use Apple TV, I have to do the same procedure of unplugging and replugging.
Any suggestions how to correct this? Thank you.

If you were used to wake the device with the touch surface of the Siri Remote, then know that this has be disabled in tvOS 13 in favor of waking through the use of the Menu button or TV/Home button.
