No Boot Camp on New 16" MacBook Pro

Probably more of an FYI than a question. I have been unable to get the boot camp support software to download on my new 16" MacBook Pro (the brand spanking new 2019 model). See screenshot below. The error is: "Can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server."

I talked to Apple Support and apparently this is a known new issue that was just logged today (11/18/2019). I am supposed to get a reply from the support rep with an update on status in a few days.
