Kilojoules to Calories. Apple Watch Series’s 3
I’m just curious if it’s possible to change my Kilojoules to Calories ?

Yes in the health app on the phone go to browse/activity/active energy and scroll down to the very bottom,there you will see "unit" tap on that and you can change from KJ to KCAL.
