Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. I understand that an album you purchased from the iTunes Store is not downloading to your library. 


If you’re an Apple Music subscriber, and have previously added the album to your Apple Music Library you’ll need to first delete the Apple Music download. Once you’ve deleted the Apple Music tracks, you can then redownload your purchase by following these steps: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books

Thanks for the additional screenshot. To download a pre-order you’ll need to go to your purchased items.


To find your purchased items tap on More [ . . . ]. This is located in the bottom right corner of the screenshot you provided. From there you’ll tap on Purchased > Music and locate the artist. These steps are also found under “How to redownload music on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch,” in this article: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books
