how can i get my 200.00 back it was a new card but it was already used.
To try and solve this issue, contact iTunes Support by going to getsupport.apple.com, selecting Billing and Subscriptions, selecting Gift Cards and Codes and then selecting Inactive or invalid card or code message.
It does sound funny that the store would not give you a refund, though.

So can I get a refund on my card how can they already be used if they have that strip on the back and you have to scratch off
I'd suggest contacting iTunes Support if you can't get a refund from the store.
They told me to go to Apple because the card has Apple iTunes card so where do I get my refund at
