iMessage & FaceTime

I can’t add my mobile number to FaceTime & iMessage. The only option I can get reached at is my Apple ID - I can’t my number

Have you added the number to your Apple ID? If you are able to add the number, allow time for the change to sync. It may take up to 24 hours. Then sign out of Messages/FaceTime and back in.
