Where are you seeing this charge exactly?


If its only an email, make sure its real and from Apple: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you are seeing the charge on your credit card statement: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
