Unable to update apps

For three days now I have not be able to update any apps on my iPhone, iPad, nor on my MacBook. I have called support and they couldn't figure it out. And I have also tried troubleshooting on my own. Nothing has fixed this.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13
