iPhone update
everyone time I try to update my phone it just says “estamaiting time remaining” and it just gets stuck on that screen

It appears you don't have a good Wifi connection. And if you are not plugged in, your battery level may be below 50% and you need to be above 50% if you are not plugged into power. If you are having difficulty doing the update over the air, do the update via iTunes on your home computer. You can't download iOS 13.1.3 anyway as the current iOS version is 13.2.3 now.
