How do I go about manually adding a workout on Apple Watch now? I can’t find this option since the new update.

Since the update I noticed that Health data is displayed much differently now.

I used to be able to manually add a workout to Apple Watch through the Health App, but now I can’t figure out how to do this, or if that option was taken away.

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the

bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts

then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand

corner of the screen it says add data, tap on that and

you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add at the top right of the screen.

Be aware though that this has no effect on your 3 rings,it just adds the data to your totals in the health app.
