How many refunds can i ask for from the app store if i changed my mind about a number of apps?

Hello,

We have kids and a family sharing plan, im asking this question because i order frequently, i rarely asked for refunds since we started using Apple devices in 2010 and all i remember was waiting on phones for a refund of $95 because our 6 year old was tricked into buying some farmville blahblah and the whole process was hours!

Regardless of the fact that i do not agree to Apple refusing to refund owners of apps while some apps thought to of been purchased for live got discontinued or not supported with out notice we still took some risks and recently purchased our 3 kids iPad pros and between $180-$250 of music apps and this time we asked for 8 apps to be refunded out of the 24., thats allot and my sons claim they where that bad.

The try if you pay for a monthly license should be banned, its outrageous to ask for $10-$30 a week to use an app people barely have the time to.

And just the other day someone i know was refused a refund and they purchased way more apps then us, How are people supposed to know if what they pay for is what it is and not snake oil they need to return and how many refunds are the limit with Apples is what i want to know.

Please advise

iPad Pro, iOS 13

Does it not cross your mind that Apple is refusing to respect cunsumer laws by claiming that they can refuse refunds to customers based on refund abuse? If i purchased 30 items in asupermarket or store, returnd all 30 un opened i am still entitled to a refund., its the law.

Sorry but it sounds crazy coming from a company with the mechanism in place to automatically charge customers for apps, refund them, delete them, remove or block them from the users device if their account shows they no longer own the app.

I guess the senate has just implemented the mechanism to address new ways they need to re apply laws, most of the courts apply laws on tangible items purchased, if sold not as described, damages etc, with virtual apps its as hypothetical as artificial intelligence and intrusion of privacy.

Also if you are not already using it:

Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - https://support.apple.com/HT201089 - Family Organizer receives requests by default, but another parent or guardian can be assigned permission.

If you are finding this is a persistent issue you may wish to review customer feedback on an app before granting permission to buy it to see if you are really getting "lemons".

problem i one of the kids has an adult account, it was an accident while making my husbands (same name) and been that we have a old iTunes accounts using the @.mac email address with the @icloud Apple can not change anything, we are forced to log in using @mac.com to keep thousands of dollars of purchases and we have a @icloud linked to it for emails, but all the previous accounts using mac.com can not receive emails any more so there is no way to verify any changes if apple did not direct them and this means no access to the account from the apple webpage either!

We called dozen of times and spend at least 6 hours + combined only to hear Apple help claim that in a day or two the problem will fix itself....yet nothing has changed...
