Trying to contact Sheffield store for a Genius Bar report
I took my ipad in to the Genius bar in Sheffield and they made a repot on the error, which I now need to show the retailer. I cannot get through on the phone number (on hold for hours) and the online support team just tell me they have no way of emailing or contacting them. They suggest I visit again - which I would, but it's a 3 hour round trip.
Is there any way of getting a copy of a report made in the Sheffield store without driving there?
