iPhone 11’s faulty stereo speaker?

The top speaker of my IPhone 11 isn’t as loud as the bottom (main speaker), and stereo output are always a bit off and Dolby Atmos doesn’t seem to work with my phone. Has anyone experienced this? Is this the norm?

People have said that the new IPhones speakers are as good as the IPad Pro’s- which I disagree, as my IPad Pro sounds MUCH better.
