Notifications for reactions in Messages / iMessage

Is there a way to ignore all the reactions in a given thread of conversation or even throughout the Messages app? I would even be ok to be notified only on reactions to messages I send. With large groups of people in a thread, quickly, most notifications are because of reactions. I want to know when someone is sending a useful message to all but I don't need to know who likes what or who laughed at what. Is this a feature or can I request it to be a feature?
