Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with you iPhone that is stuck on a black screen.


Try a force restart: Force restart iPhone.


If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to go into recovery mode with a computer: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
