Did not receive my titanium card

What should I do if I did not receive my titanium card in the mail? UPs said it was delivered.

Contact UPS immediately and also go into Wallet, tap on your Apple Card, tap on the black circle with the 3 white dots then text Goldman Sachs and tell them what happened. Good luck.
